Outdoor Living Spaces

As your Tulsa General Contractor and Home Remodeling specialist, outdoor living spaces are also an area of expertise.

This is a general term that can be defined as a Covered Patio, Decorative Concrete Patio, Deck, Pergola, Pavilion, or Pool House. We custom construct each of those to your specs, and to your budget requirements.

All of our Outdoor Living Spaces are custom designed and constructed. We will work hand in hand with you for your design, or for one of our Architects to draft your drawing. Building permits are only required if we cut into your roof line; otherwise everything is freestanding.

Outdoor Living Spaces can be any location, and any size. We have done patio enclosures on the front of homes, on the sides of homes, but most of the time, the outdoor living area is somewhere in the back yard.

Outdoor Living Spaces can encompass whatever you want them to be. It can be a Pavilion with a fireplace, or it can be a Pergola next to a Gunite swimming pool, or it can be a stained cedar deck next to a grilling station, or it can be a covered patio extension on top of a stamped concrete patio.

With your Outdoor Living Space, we can include LED lighting, sound systems, TV’s, ceiling fans, fireplaces, kitchens, and grilling stations. Top of the line Outdoor Living Areas encompass almost every one of those options, plus many have decks, Pergola’s, and Pavilions; all strategically designed and constructed around one of our Gunite swimming pools.
